1. Knee of Vengeance. (A1,BC1).
Two hand grab / pull. (front).
A1.) Double palm heel strikes to Tw-17; catch back of head and pull
down with both hands, step back with left; right rising knee to face, pushing
down with hands on back of his head; maintain pressure on back of head with left
hand, right arm swings back and overhead; plant forward with right to fighting
horse, right dropping elbow to 7th cervical vertebrae.
B.) Right rising knee to groin; plant forward with right, double palm
strike ears; grab chin with right, top of head with left, push up with right and
pull down with left; pivot left, kneel with right.
C1.) Pin his hands to chest with left, step forward (or right rising knee to
groin) with right; pivot to fighting stance, right back knuckle twist to nose;
reverse motion and right forearm to philtrum.
2. The Art of War. Set I. (A1,A7,B1).
Against punches.
A1.) Right Punch. Step forward with the right; at the same time: pivot to
fighting stance, left outward extended knife hand blocking strike to his right
forearm, right punch to cheek line of his face; pivot forward to neutral bow,
left punch to face, right hand to guard; shuffle forward (push-drag), right
shoulder punch to face.
A7.) Same as ‘A1’ except; tiger mouth to throat.
B1.) Left Punch. Step forward with the left; at the same time: pivot to
fighting stance, right outward extended knife hand block & counter grab his left
forearm, left punch to head; pivot forward to neutral bow, right shoulder punch
to left cheek line, left hand to guard; shift back, left uppercut to solar
plexus, right hand to guard; left crane hook the back of his neck; shift forward
to neutral bow; right side elbow to left side of his head; pivot 180° to reverse
neutral bow; right whipping back knuckle to his head; left tiger mouth to
throat; pivot forward to neutral bow, right shoulder punch to left cheek line.
3. Ground Defense. (A1-2,B1-2,C).
How to fall.
A1.) Forward. Land on finger tips collapsing to palms; lower to ground
turning head to side; roll to side, hands in guard position, tuck bottom foot
in, top leg, knee up, foot flat on ground.
A2.) Down. Lower your body to a ball, right and left arms in
face block position, hands open, using the right arm to protect your head,
(hotdog or shoulder) roll to standing position facing attacker.
B1.) Right side. Left leg supports; lower 45° to the right rear, land on
right four points: side calf, side of thigh, hip, rib cage, right arm on
stomach; try to prevent rocking; finish like ‘A1’.
B2.) Left side. Reverse of ‘B1’.
C.) Back. Strongest leg supports, other slides forward, cross arms on
chest; lower straight down, butt to heel, chin on chest; lower back to ground
with no rock, roll to side finish like ‘A1’.
4. Kick Blocks. (A1-2,BC1-2,D).
A1.) Front snap kick. Step back with right, right punch his instep, left
hand to guard; pivot to fighting stance, both hands to guard.
A2.) Front snap kick / side kick (right). Step back with right, right
downward blocking strike kick, left hand to guard; pivot to fighting stance,
hands to guards.
B.) Side kick (left). Step back with right, parry left heel to left with
right palm (fingers down), left hand to guard; pivot to fighting stance, hands
to guards.
C1.) Round house kick (left). Step forward with right, pivot to fighting
stance, manji blocking strike kick; pivot forward to bow, left whipping back
knuckle to face, right punch to body; cross back in advance with right, left
hook to head or arms; pivot to twisted stance, right spinning forearm to neck
(Gb20); continue spinning to fighting stance, hands to guards.
C2.) Round house kick (left). Start as 'C1'; shuffle forward, pivot to
bow, left back knuckle strike body, right punch face, pivot back to fighting
stance guards up.
D.) Grabbed his kick. Step back with right, left (front) hand
catches his foot, right hand to guard; right or left front
snap kick to groin (Cv-1) or support leg (Sp-10) immediately release his foot.
You should not have caught his foot. This is a mistake on your part.
